Participation in the international competition Golden Label Award

Austrian company BRIGL&BERGMEISTER (B&B) - one of the world’s leading manufactures of label papers – is organizing the 6th international paper label award in October 2007 which is called «Golden Label». Official sponsors of the event are Krones, Heidelberg, Huber Group, Polar. One of the aims of the competition is to promote the paper label as an innovative, creative and modern instrument of marketing. The paper label has many perspectives and advertising effectiveness at the point of sale. Wide assortment of labels which is presented at the competition proves it.
A new feature of the competition this year is the ability of Internet voting for your favorite label. The results of the e-voting has no effect on the Golden Label Award but the label which receives the most votes in e-voting is awarded a special prize at the award ceremony in Vienna on the 18.10.2007.

Ekotek-Plus is pleased to present labels for two categories: Beer/Beer mixers and Wine/Spirits/Sparkling Wine.
Independent competent experts are specialists from the fields of marketing, design, printing, finishing and paper. The labels are estimated to the following criteria:
advertising effectiveness at the point of sale;
creative design and style;
innovative or special applications associated with material, special inks, halftone screening etc.;
standard of printing and finishing.
